| Our History
National Retirement Services, Inc. ("NRS") is a leading third party administration firm offering retirement plan administration and recordkeeping services. NRS provides retirement plan services for thousands of qualified retirement plans throughout the United States. Our history began in 1923 with the founding of National Associates, which grew to be a leading national pension-consulting firm. Eventually, the firm expanded, was acquired by Dun & Bradstreet and operated under the name of Dun & Bradstreet Pension Services until 1996. NRS now operates independently with offices in California and North Carolina.
Our Business
We design, install and administer qualified retirement
plans. We offer our services primarily through
qualified retirement plan professionals, and by
establishing alliance partner relationships with
financial institutions such as mutual fund companies,
life insurance companies, banks, brokers/dealers
and trust companies. Any recommendation we make
concerning the design and administration of a
retirement program depends on the customer's objectives
and our extensive knowledge of plan regulations.
To design a plan for a new customer we review
the customer's organizational needs with the financial
consultant involved. We take into consideration
the structure of the company, existing retirement
and employee benefit plans, if any, and the objectives
of the employer. NRS provides comprehensive service
for all stages of employee retirement benefit
planning and administration
